Dear Fellow Readers,
Welcome to TOPOROD “the blog”!
Sick and tired of being “caged up”, constricted or shackled up by technology or technocrats when sharing some of my “insights”. Thus, I decided to start my “own blog” where not only I can post all sorts of information but you the fans, followers and friends can also participate. Occasionally it wont be about rugby but perhaps “philosophy of life” to spice up our living.
FUN & FRIVOLITIES: are badly needed in this complex, busy and at times difficult life yet, without losing decorum, style or presentation of one’s comments and opinions. Already feel the freedom to express ideas with the responsibility for them. After all this is now my backyard o “proverbial shed”. I can have the music running a touch loud, light up the barbie any time I like; or get a VB stubbie when I feel like it, come and join me………
LEGALITY: I have a lot of friends lawyers, all to expensive so, here I go without prejudice (legal terminology) and without restrictions (low picket fence). I will tell it as I see it, without any sugar coating, hesitation or pack of lies but without incurring on lawyers fees.
SOME GROUND RULES: I don’t need to please anybody other than my conscience and the other 3 bosses: me, moi and myself. Nevertheless, we all need to be respectful towards our fellow human beings.
TECHNICAL POINT: I’m of the view that “to provide the healthy constructive criticism” we need to be inside “the party” in question, inside the circle, otherwise there is no point in offering “our pearls of wisdom” because they will never be accepted as “the good oil” that greases up the wheels of the caravan! – It’s always much easier to change ourselves and not others!
So, welcome again, this is an open invitation to write with me “a somewhat a disappearing art” due to the advancement of technology and funnily enough “social media”.
Please sit back just be a little patient, I’m sure that ideas will flow (yours or mine) and we shall put pen to paper or fingers to the keyboard for your uninterrupted pleasure and a good cause.
Thank you for being an easy to please audience.
Your (sometimes) humble servant!
